Lantern Fun

Her eyes are not shrinking....

The 15th day after the start of Chinese New Year is called the Lantern Festival and marks the end of the holiday. Asa's preschool had a party last week and made these little sweet rice ball treats! Asa loves them (I think they are gross- one of the many things my kids like here and I can not stand!)!!

According to Joab who went, Asa made the best balls at his table. Asa loves to cook! This morning he helped me with pancakes and did a great job!

Joab's start date for work got moves to next week so they can get the correct visa for us. This gives him one more week at home! I am thrilled!! He is ready to go back to work :).
